Theranostics does not belong to one department. Radiopharmaceutical therapy is moving from a handful of specialist centres into community and regional cancer services, and the programs that succeed bring the right people, teams and organisations together. The hard part is rarely the drug. It is the licensing, safety, supply, workforce, billing and patient pathway that several teams, and sometimes several organisations, have to run together, each with its own workflows, credentialling, governance and budget. Where responsibilities are unclear, important work falls between them.

AyniHealth gives those teams one place to coordinate process, governance and competency, with the evidence captured for audit and accreditation. A readiness check completed together shows where stakeholders' assumptions differ, and those gaps become one program plan from licensing to first patient, built from your local procedures and the supplier's guidance, with clear owners and dependencies. Competency for nursing, radiation therapy, nuclear medicine technology and physics is tracked beyond training attended, so you can show who is ready for what, at any site, when an auditor or accreditor asks.

Every program starts with readiness. The Theranostics Readiness Check takes about five minutes, scores your service across eight areas from governance to outcomes, and shows you and your team where to focus first as you establish or expand your service.

Already treating patients? The harder work is keeping your service safe, consistent and ready for audit as your team changes and new agents arrive. The same check shows where your service is strong and where it depends on too few people.
